The Summit Flow

This five-day summit will feature dynamic morning live sessions, insightful afternoon panel discussions, and exclusive afternoon VIP sessions for those who purchase the VIP Bundle. Each day, attendees will gain access to 4-8 pre-recorded presentations, aligned with the day’s topic, available for 24 hours—unless they’ve upgraded to the VIP Bundle, which grants unlimited access to all sessions without the 24-hour limit.

 

Presentations should be 20 to 40 minutes long and provide attendees with actionable insights they can implement right away. The goal is to deliver meaningful, tangible value while giving speakers the opportunity to share a free gift with attendees at the end of their presentation. Please note that pitching or promotional content is not permitted. Additionally, all content must be original, created exclusively for The Business Glow Up Summit, and cannot be repurposed for other events or platforms. This ensures a unique and impactful experience for our attendees.

 

The event itself is free to join, but attendees can choose to upgrade to either the Business Glow Up Basic Bundle or the Business Glow Up VIP Bundle. While Basic Bundle members must still adhere to the 24-hour access rule during the event, they will receive all recordings once the event concludes. VIP members, however, will enjoy continuous access to pre-recorded trainings throughout the event and beyond!

Participants Requirements

  • FOR SPEAKERS: Your pre-recorded presentation should be between 20 and 40 minutes, followed by a brief 3-minute invitation to your freebie, the same one you submitted to the summit. You can choose to use slides, speak directly to the camera, or combine both—whatever feels most comfortable for you. Our main priority is delivering valuable content to the attendees.

  • LIVE PANELIST: Attend one live speaking engagement on the day of your talk with Audrey Rose at 3:00 pm EST during the Summit Period.

  • OPTIONAL: Contributing a paid resource to the Business Glow Up VIP Bundle that would be highly valuable and relevant to female entrepreneurs aiming to grow their business. This must be a digital product (e.g., an eBook, course, 3+ months in a membership, digital templates, etc.). By offering this, you'll help make the Business Glow Up VIP Bundle even more irresistible while creating an additional opportunity to collect email addresses.

  • AUDIENCE ALIGNMENT REQUIREMENT: To ensure our audiences align for the purpose of this summit, we’re looking for speakers whose communities are also made up of heart-led, soul-driven, and spiritually focused female entrepreneurs or coaches. This alignment will help us attract ideal clients and create a truly supportive experience for everyone involved.

  • ALL PARTICIPANTS: Are required to participate in promoting this event, as the success of the summit truly depends on our collective effort. You will be asked to send at least two dedicated emails to your entire email list and to post on social media at least twice, focusing on where your most engaged audience is. (You’ll receive promotional materials, including graphics and swipe copy, to make this as easy as possible.)

  • Important Note for all Participants:

    To maintain the integrity and value of The Business Glow Up Summit, we ask that all speakers and live panelists focus on delivering actionable insights, strategies, and meaningful takeaways during their sessions.

     

    Pitching of products, services, or offers during presentations or panels is not permitted. However, you are encouraged to share your free gift with attendees at the end of your session. This allows you to provide additional value while creating meaningful connections and growing your email list.

Is the summit free for attendees?

Yes, the summit is completely free to attend! Attendees will have 24-hour access to pre-recorded presentations and can watch the replays of live sessions at any time. For those who want more, there’s an option to upgrade to the Business Glow Up Basic Bundle or VIP Bundle for extended access, exclusive content, and added bonuses.

Do I have to pay to be a speaker?

No, it’s free to be a speaker at the Business Glow Up Summit.

Why would someone pay to upgrade?

Upgrading to the Business Glow Up Basic or VIP Bundle provides extended access to all the summit content, including lifetime access to the pre-recorded presentations and replays. The VIP Bundle also offers exclusive bonuses, including special VIP sessions and additional high-value resources. By upgrading, attendees can dive deeper into the topics, revisit the trainings at their own pace, and gain even more tools and strategies to help them implement what they’ve learned for long-term success in their business.

Will you run ads for the event?

As of now, I’m not planning on running ads, but that could change closer to the event date.

How much does it cost to upgrade?

The cost to upgrade starts at $22 for the Business Glow Up Basic Bundle and $77 for the VIP Bundle if you purchase before January 21, 2025. After that, the price will increase to $33 for the Basic Bundle and $87 for the VIP Bundle on January 21, 2025.

 

Finally, on January 24, 2025, the price will go up to $44 for the Basic Bundle and $97 for the VIP Bundle, so make sure to upgrade early for the best deal!

How many times have you ran a summit?

For the past 8 years, I’ve been running and hosting successful summits. Through my online agency, we empower women by providing full support for planning and executing their own summits.

Will I receive the emails of everyone who signs up for the summit?

No, you will not receive the emails of everyone who signs up for the summit. This event does not include a list share. However, you can still grow your email community by offering a free gift during your presentation, allowing attendees to opt in to receive your content directly.

When is my presentation due?

Your pre-recorded presentation is due by December 23, 2024. Please make sure to submit it on time to ensure smooth event preparation and promotion!

How long should my presentation be?

Your presentation should be between 20 to 40 minutes long, followed by an optional 3-minute invitation to your freebie. While you are welcome to invite attendees to access your free gift, there is a strict no self-promotion policy for this event.

How much do I need to promote?

As a speaker, panelist, or contributor, you're expected to actively promote the summit. This includes sending at least two dedicated/solo emails to your email list and posting at least four times on your most engaged social media platform, two stories, and two posts. Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the promotional materials, including graphics and swipe copy, to make it easy for you!

When is the promo period for the summit?

The promo period for the summit runs from January 6, 2025, to January 20, 2025. During this time, we ask that all speakers, panelists, and contributors help promote the event by sending out two emails, making two social media posts, and sharing two stories across their platforms.

  • First email, post, and story: Must be sent out between January 6th and January 12th, 2025.
  • Second email, post, and story: Must be sent out between January 13th and January 19th, 2025.

Will I earn money from being a speaker?

Yes! Here’s how each role earns money during the summit:

Additionally, we’ll kick things off with a fun virtual kickoff party during the first week of January, giving everyone a chance to get to know one another before the summit officially begins!

What if I can't commit to all the promotions?

If you’d love to be part of this event but can’t commit to all of the promotional requirements, don’t worry! Go ahead and fill out the application, and in the final question that asks, "Anything else I should know?" mention what you are willing to commit to in terms of promotion. I’ll review your submission and get back to you to see if we can work something out.
